As each order is individually hand-made I normally require 6-8 weeks notice, however if time is short I may be able to complete your order sooner, depending on the design chosen, please contact me to discuss this. Ideally you need to send your invites 8-12 weeks before your wedding day, this gives your guests enough time to R.S.V.P.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required to secure your order and any cheques must clear before work commences. Once you choose a design I will send you proofs of your order for acceptance. It is your responsibility to check spellings of names, location, times, dates etc. to your satisfaction. Once these have been signed as approved and returned to me, work on your order will begin.

I will contact you when your order is complete  and let you know the cost of postage and packaging and the balance will become payable. Once I receive payment and any cheques have cleared I will arrange delivery or collection of your order. If you live local to me there will be no postal charges.

If you wish to cancel your order after work has commenced, any deposit paid is non-refundable. If you wish to change your order, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss this. Any changes required after work has commenced may incur extra costs and some changes may not be possible due to the availability of materials.

Please make sure you allow enough when ordering to allow for mistakes when writing them out, extra guests and keepsakes.

When you have chosen your invite design, go to the wedding inserts page and choose the style of font and wording layout and make a note of these, use the contact me page and leave your details so i can get back to you to discuss your order. Your details will not be passed to any other parties.

As everything is hand-made, please be aware that items may vary ever so slightly, but this is the beauty of hand-made stationery.

Bespoke Service.

As your wedding is unique to you I do offer a bespoke service. If you have an idea or design you like, please contact me to discuss this to see if I can make it for you. I cannot copy anyone elses work.
